162 SSI vs 192 SSI: Series 16 in-cylinder is not Series 19
When the controller needs SSI, Germanjet has two output names: 162 and 192. The electrical figures are almost the same; the mechanics are different series. The wrong code brings a flat in-cylinder head or a Series 19 H/P/D/F mount.

How to tell the code is wrong
- The cylinder is already Ø18G7 and 350 / 530 bar, but the code is 192.
- Series 19 external or split, but the code is 162.
- D70 fits and the LEDs light, but Gray / bit length / resolution disagree with the PLC — fix the protocol, then baud vs length.
